I first worked with Rob in 2010 when I was Head of Communications for NATS Airspace. I brought Rob in to act as an interim communications advisor to our Prestwick Centre. Rob quickly proved himself and was soon given multiple projects to lead.
Rob worked on a number of key projects for NATS including creating and implementing a strategy to communicate changes to air traffic control in light of the Olympics - a big and very important task for the business, but one I knew that he could be trusted to deliver.
